Return Process

  Log into your RDX account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
